Hi! My name is Juzl (pronounced jew-zel, or like Tom Brady’s ex-wife—Giselle)!
I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to North Carolina when I was fourteen. While I’ve been incredibly grateful for all the opportunities this new life has brought, I spent years feeling like something was missing until I picked up a camera.
What began as a love for hiking and exploring North Carolina’s landscapes; its wild mountains, rushing waterfalls, and quiet coastal towns has turned into something deeper: a passion for capturing the stories that often go unseen. Over time, I realized that the same curiosity I brought to the outdoors could be used to spotlight something closer to home, local businesses.
Through photography, I aim to help small businesses show who they really are. Whether it’s the warm light inside a cozy café, the hands behind handmade goods, or the energy of a team doing what they love, and I’m here to document it. My goal with Vagabond Dreamin’ isn’t just about beautiful photos; it’s about creating visuals that connect with people and tell real, authentic stories.
I believe every local business has its own adventure worth capturing—and I’d love to help share yours.
